FBL Financial Group chief operating officer to retire

He has been employed by the Farm Bureau Financial Services organization for 22 years. Before beginning his current position in July 2014, he was FBL’s chief administrative officer, and held various roles in information technology throughout the enterprise. “Ray has been an excellent leader of Farm Bureau Life Insurance Co. for the last five years,” said James Brannen, FBL’s CEO. “He has executed several major foundational initiatives which impact Farm Bureau Life’s long-term success.” A search for Wasilewski’s replacement will begin and a new chief operating officer will be named at a later date.
