Melanie Campbell, chief donor engagement officer at United Way of Central Iowa, recently was selected to participate in United Way Worldwide’s Advanced Leadership Program. The Advanced Leadership Program is an accelerated yearlong leadership development experience designed for senior-level professionals (C-suite and vice presidents) who have demonstrated results and capacity to lead at United Way. Selection for the Advanced Leadership Program is based on performance, potential and core competencies. Eighteen participants are selected each year. The program kicked off in January and continues through October.
