Lori McCarty recently joined Holmes Murphy as chief strategy officer. McCarty has more than 25 years of financial services experience at both small and Fortune 500 and 100 companies. McCarty, founder and owner Strategic Design & Integration Services LLC in Waukee, has been providing consulting on technology, business plans and capabilities with Holmes Murphy since 2018. In her new capacity, she will be responsible for assisting the insurance brokerage’s executive committee with developing, communicating and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives at both the business and enterprise levels.
