Partnership announces CEO diversity, equity and Inclusion panel for Nov. 10 Summit

168 wordsAll Latest News, Arts and Culture, Retail and BusinessThe Greater Des Moines Partnership has announced who will participate in the panel discussion during its Inclusion Summit, scheduled for Nov. 10. A CEO diversity, equity and inclusion panel will kick off the event, featuring Dr. Angela Franklin, president of Des Moines University, Grant Kvalheim, CEO and president of Athene USA, Suzanna de Baca, president and group publisher of Business Publications Corp., and Renee Christoffer, president and CEO of Veridian Credit Union. Jay Byers, Partnership CEO and president, will moderate the panel discussion. The panel discussion joins previously announced programming and keynote speakers. The theme of this year’s Inclusion Summit is “Equity in Action.” Sanjita Pradhan, director of diversity and inclusion at the Partnership, said this year’s summit will give participants an opportunity to hear from leaders whose leadership has made their organization’s DEI work a success. “This discussion and other programming at the Inclusion Summit will help attendees continue to take steps on their own DEI journey,” she said.
