The group, doing business as Walz Capital Des Moines LLC, paid a little over $1 million for property at 4119 S.W. Ninth St. in Des Moines, records show. The property includes a one-story, 2,505-square-foot building that was construction in 1996. The property is valued at $310,000. The group also paid $4.3 million for property at 3700 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines. The 2.2-acre parcel includes a one-story, 11,037-square-foot medical office building constructed in 1988. The property is valued at just over $2 million. The seller in both transactions was Dental Associates PC, doing business as DAPC Building LLC and DAPC Building 2 LLC. The transactions were recorded Jan. 3.
