The property includes three three-story apartment buildings, each with 30 units. A clubhouse is also on the property. The complex was developed in 2013. The two Broadway Heights Apartments limited liability companies are managed by Hubbell Realty Co. The property is valued at $9.2 million. The transaction was recorded March 15.
DRA Properties LC paid James Farms Inc. $6.7 million for 125 acres east of Interstate Highway 35 in Ankeny, records show. The L-shaped tract of farm ground is north of Northeast 102nd Ave. The transaction was recorded March 14.

Hubbell Realty Co. buys more land in Waukee
Hubbell Realty Co., doing business as HRC Alder Point LLC, paid the Richard Petersen Revocable Trust and Claire Petersen Revocable Trust $3 million for 36.2 acres in Waukee, Dallas County real estate records show. The property is on the west side of North 10th Street/U Avenue, across the street from Triumph Park and the new Northwest High School campus. Earlier this year, in two separate transactions, Hubbell Realty bought more than 50 acres south of its most recent purchase, which was recorded March 14.
Channel Island Ventures LLC, based in Grimes, paid Stephen R. Grubb 2003 Revocable Trust $1 million for property that fronts Southeast University Avenue and Southeast Boone Drive in Waukee, records show. The 5.28-acre parcel, which is undeveloped, partially wraps around a Casey’s General Store convenience store property. The transaction was recorded March 14.
