This fast-paced event provided a snapshot of some of the top real estate projects underway or planned in the Greater Des Moines area. Panel participants provided information about their projects and about current development-related topics such as rising interest rates, the supply chain and international turmoil. The event was future-focused and attendees came away with varying perspectives on the outlook for commercial real estate in Greater Des Moines for the next 18 months. We also recognized Brad Schoenfelder, Midwest region president for Ryan Cos. US Inc., our 2022 Iowa State University Ivy College of Business Real Estate Professional of the Year.
