The West Des Moines Parks and Recreation Department plans to move from temporary quarters at the library  back into City Hall, 4200 Mills Civic Parkway, on Friday. The office will close at noon Friday for the move, and will reopen Monday in Suite 1B of City Hall, its original location. City Hall continues to be under construction for remodeling. Also, the West Des Moines Public Library will be closed from 9 p.m. Dec. 23 through 9 a.m. Jan. 3.
