SBA webinar to provide information on Community Navigator program in Iowa
The U.S. Small Business Administration will host an informational webinar on July 13 at noon Central time to detail how the recently launched Community Navigator program can assist small businesses in Iowa. The pilot program is designed to reduce barriers that underrepresented and underserved entrepreneurs often face in accessing the programs they need to recover, expand or start their businesses. SBA Iowa Administrator Jayne Armstrong will present information along with Maggie Cave, Asset Building Programs coordinator of Lutheran Services of Iowa. LSI is working in Iowa with the International Rescue Committee, one of 51 hub organizations selected by SBA to offer the program. The webinar will detail how to qualify and how to get more information on Community Navigator services. The one-hour webinar can be joined at this Teams meeting link.
