Tam Lines (pictured) has joined American Enterprise Group Inc. as a commercial real estate investment manager. Lines will be responsible for the management and servicing of the commercial loan portfolio and will oversee all functions of the company’s mortgage department. Lines, an Iowa native, has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and secondary market agricultural lending operations. She most recently was an assistant vice president, portfolio manager with SitusAMC. American Enterprise Group, has multiple insurance company subsidiaries under the American Republic, Great Western Insurance Co. and Medico brands. American Enterprise is based in Des Moines and employs about 450 people in its Des Moines, Omaha and Ogden, Utah, offices.
