Blake Crow, a partner at Eide Bailly LLP, a regional certified public accounting and business advisory firm, has assumed the role of partner-in-charge of the firm’s Des Moines office. Before relocating to Des Moines for the position, Crow was a tax partner for the firm’s Financial Institutions group in its Sioux Falls, S.D., office. Crow took over effective May 1 for Jay Anderson, who led the Des Moines office through its transition from Roth and Co. to Eide Bailly. Anderson will continue to serve his clients as a partner in the office’s tax practice. Crow has been with Eide Bailly for 12 years and specializes in providing tax planning and compliance services to financial institutions. At his appointment, Crow became the youngest partner-in-charge in the firm’s history, at 32. He he will oversee all aspects of client and strategic management, personnel and community involvement for the Central Iowa market. The firm’s Des Moines office has 46 employees, according to the 2020 Book of Lists.
