Registration is open for the Iowa Brewery Running Series, which showcases local breweries and neighborhoods throughout Iowa while promoting healthy activity. The casual 5K courses start and end at local breweries and taprooms, where participants can enjoy great local libations and leave with merchandise to commemorate their finish-line victory. The 2023 season will feature 13 breweries on its roster. The series will donate 10% of all proceeds back to local community nonprofits, such as the Food Bank of Iowa, AHeinz57, Historic Valley Junction Foundation.
