The Stuffed Olive and Roxxy, two popular establishments from Iowa, are set to take their successful business models and entertainment features to Omaha’s Capitol District later this year. The new locations, scheduled to open this fall, will be situated in a newly constructed building across from Steelhouse Omaha, a recently opened concert venue. The Stuffed Olive offers more than 100 martini options, along with a chef-driven tapas menu. Roxxy is an upscale, retro bar and grill that features nostalgic-themed decor from the ’80s, ’90s and early 2000s, along with live DJs on weekends. Cedar Falls-based Harmonic Hospitality Group, the company behind the establishments, intends to expand its reach throughout the Midwest.
