RMH Systems Inc., a Waukee-based materials handling company, announced it has completed its merger with Great Plains Packaging Systems Inc., located in Davenport. The merger will strengthen RMH Systems’ position as a custom packaging supplier in Illinois and eastern Iowa and afford it the opportunity to present larger, more innovative packaging solutions to their combined customer base, RMH President Tom Howard said in a release. GPPS owner Mike DeBruyn said his customers will benefit from RMH Systems’ breadth of material handling and scale offerings. Davenport-based mergers and acquisitions adviser Marigold Resources assisted with the transaction.
