Innovative Injection Technologies’ chief financial officer, Morgan Endecott, has been selected as the Chief Financial Officer of the Year for the North American plastics industry. Endecott, who was honored recently in Chicago, was chosen from a group of four finalists based on benefits to the enterprise, successful leadership, and philanthropic and nonprofit contributions. She has overseen 47 consecutive quarters of profitability and $3.2 million in cost reductions since she joined the West Des Moines-based manufacturing company in 2002. As a member of the board of directors of Healing Hearts with Horses and an officer in Dollars for Scholars and Two Rivers Martial Arts, Endecott has donated her time and more than $100,000 to area charities.
