DuPont completes spinoff of Chemours
DuPont has completed the spinoff of the Chemours Co. Chemours begins regular trading today on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol CC. DuPont common stockholders received one share of common stock of Chemours for every five shares of DuPont common stock they held at the close of business on June 23. DuPont common stockholders will receive cash in lieu of fractional shares of Chemours. Read more
