Faegre Baker Daniels and Dorsey & Whitney, law firms with offices located in Des Moines, are among 44 law firms across the country to recently receive Gold Standard Certification by the Women in Law Empowerment Forum. This designation recognizes firms that have women in top leadership roles that influence firm management and compensation decisions. Firms with 300 or more attorneys were invited to apply for the certification. The Women in Law Empowerment Forum launched the Gold Standard Certification initiative as a change agent for women to rise within their law firms as business developers and leaders.
