Templeton Rye settles class-action case over Iowa ties
Iowa whiskey maker Templeton Rye has settled three class-action lawsuits accusing the company of misleading customers about where the product is made, the Des Moines Register reported. The settlement agreement requires the company to change labeling on its bottles and the language on its website. Templeton Rye also will set up an account to pay refunds. Details have not been made public.
