Study: Women of color less satisfied at work

CNN: According to a new national survey by Working Mother Media, women of color report higher job dissatisfaction and more concerns about advancement. More than half — 55 percent — of the nearly 1,400 multicultural women who took part in the online survey said they would consider leaving their company in the next three years, versus 48 percent of white, non-Hispanic women. Only 29 percent of multicultural women said they would definitely stay with their current company for the next three years, and fewer than half said they were satisfied about their ability to move up to a better position. Read more
