In 2013, R&R Realty announced that it was ending a 20-year hiatus from apartment-building with a 127-unit, three-story luxury project at its Country Club Office Plaza near Jordan Creek Town Center. That project has been completed, the company said in a release. Sierra Pointe Apartments at 7171 Woodland Ave. hopes to capture the senior and professionals market and features amenities such as free high-speed Internet, a saltwater swimming pool, underground parking and walk-in closets. One-bedroom apartments range in size from 850 to 1,010 square feet and in rent from $1,170 to $1,325 a month.
