Bergan Paulsen and Networking Solutions announced they have merged with KDV, a Minneapolis-based certified public accounting firm, effective July 1. The combined firm, BerganKDV, offers business planning and consulting, tax, audit and accounting, payroll and 401(k), technology, and wealth management services primarily in the Midwest. The firm will be among the “Top 100 Firms,” according to Accounting Today’s annual ranking list. The new firm is led largely by the existing leadership teams, with Loren Viere as president and Chris Honkomp as CEO. BerganKDV has about 300 employees with seven offices across Minnesota and Iowa.
