Drake student becomes youngest ever to get actuarial credentials
Roy Ju, a 20-year-old junior at Drake University, has become the youngest person ever to receive the Society of Actuaries’ top professional credential, The Des Moines Register reports. Ju, who has worked as an assistant actuarial intern at Principal Financial Group, spent three years preparing for the exams that designate him as a Fellow of Society of Actuaries.
