The deadline for entries in the Warren County Small Business Grant Contest is midnight Sept. 14. Companies with fewer than 10 employees and entrepreneurs can enter. The awards are $6,000 for an existing small business and $3,000 to a startup business. The contest is sponsored by Learn|Grow|Succeed, a collaborative effort to provide small business services and education to Warren County businesses and entrepreneurs. LGS was created by Warren County Economic Development Corp. in partnership with the  Carlisle, Indianola and Norwalk Chambers of Commerce, the Indianola Record Herald and Simpson College. Click here to enter.
