Principal, in partnership with Inc. magazine, annually recognizes the Principal 10 Best Companies for Employee Financial Security. Winners and honorees were selected by an independent panel of experts. Van Meter Inc., an employee-owned electrical wholesale distributor, was among three honorable mention awardees announced this year. Van Meter President and CEO Kevin Powell attributes the honor to being employee-owned.
