Sandy Hatfield Clubb is in her 10th year as director of athletics at Drake University. Elevate’s goal is to raise awareness of the role equity plays in both work and home life and seeks to increase collaboration among community members and professionals to network, educate its members and achieve a desirable work-life balance.
