For the past 37 years, the site has been the location of Fuller’s BP. Owners Tommy and Linda Fuller had announced earlier that they were going to “slow down” a bit by closing the service station. Instead, they will continue to operate a bulk fuel delivery service. Lincoln Savings paid $899,875 to the Fullers’ T & L Enterprises LLC on Nov. 5, according to Dallas County land records.
