Harrison Truck Centers announced Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of Westman Freightliner, a heavy- and medium-duty truck dealership group with operations in Minnesota and Wisconsin. With the acquisition,Harrison Truck Centers has increased its full-service dealerships to seven in Iowa and Minnesota, including dealerships in Des Moines, Waterloo and Clear Lake. As part of the acquisition, the family-owned company has also acquired Westman parts locations, operating as ProMaxx Truck Parts, located in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Harrison Truck Centers plans to retain all Westman Freightliner employees, bringing the company’s total number of employees to more than 400.
