Jessica Dunker, president and CEO of the Iowa Restaurant Association, was elected a board director on the National Council of State Restaurant Associations, an organization that ensures that all state restaurant associations benefit from cooperative and coordinated efforts in membership, education, governmental affairs, and other services and relationships with the National Restaurant Association, the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and their affiliated organizations. Dunker will begin a three-year term on Jan. 1.
