Miriam De Dios, a Clive-based consultant and Hispanic-market expert, will speak this afternoon during a nationally televised event on Hispanic outreach hosted by the National Credit Union Administration. De Dios, the CEO of Coopera, a consulting firm specializing in reaching Hispanic audiences, will join a panel of experts discussing opportunities for credit unions to better serve the Hispanic community.
