BizWomen.com: The World Economic Forum, which is focused on climate change recently, issued a report ranking countries that are closing the gender wage and economic opportunity gap. Not surprisingly, three northern European countries – Norway, Sweden and Finland – are among the top 10, as is the United States. Since 2006, says this study, more than a quarter billion women have entered the labor force. But, in the same period, the annual pay for women only equals the amount men were making 10 years ago.
