The 2016 Tech Town Hall series kicks off at 4 p.m. Jan. 14 at Giovannetti Shelter in Walker Johnston Park in Urbandale. The event features a panel discussion of issues in technology and how they affect communities, businesses and the quality of life. Panelists include Joe Riesberg, vice president of technology for Dice; Erin Rollenhagen, president of Entrepreneurial Technologies Inc.; Frank Vedder. local senior vice president and chief technology officer for IT Strategy Specialist; Dan Leibfried, director of solutions infrastructure for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group, and Urbandale School Superintendent Steve Bass. A networking hour follows the panel discussion.
