The schedule was laid out by a federal judge in Ohio and is aimed at pushing parties closer to resolving more than 3,550 lawsuits. The outcome could have a material impact on Chemours Co. because liability for litigation connected with the chemical was passed on to the firm when it was spun off by DuPont in 2015.
