Shane Goodman honored as publisher of year
Shane Goodman, president and publisher of Big Green Umbrella Media, has been honored as the Publisher of the Year by the Association of Free Community Papers. His company publishes more than two dozen titles, including 21 separate Iowa Living magazines, Relish, Iowa Momentum, Pipsqueaks, The West Des Moines/Waukee Business Journal and Cityview. Goodman’s business partner, Michael Gartner, called Goodman visionary, hardworking and creative.
