Fort Dodge settles with EPA over water plant risk management

Pray Water Treatment Plant. Under the agreement with the federal Environmental Protection Agency, the city will pay a $20,000 penalty and will spend at least $200,000 to build a new road to provide emergency vehicles better access to the facility.
