About: This event will strengthen your organization’s diversity initiatives by inspiring people to examine how their unconscious biases about people create “walls and fences” that prevent authentic acceptance of others. Participants will be challenged to move out of their comfort zone in a safe learning environment while examining ways in which they can move along the journey of acceptance of others, regardless of one’s differences.
