Jim Swanson, partner and creative director of Performance Marketing, was honored with the APEX Catalyst Award from the Waukee Aspiring Professional Experience Program. The program brings high school students and local businesses together to collaborate on new ideas, projects, experiences and education. Swanson was a guest speaker in the program in 2015, and after that “I couldn’t stay away,” he said. “… It’s very rewarding to be able to watch these students continue to learn new things.”
