Bondurant named an Iowa ‘Great Place’
Bondurant is one of five Iowa cities or areas to share nearly $1.7 million in state funding for cultural development as part of Iowa’s Great Places program. The city will receive $220,200 to develop local assets including trails, parks and public art to make the northeastern Polk County city a family-friendly recreational destination, according to a news release from the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs.
