Holly Olson

Holly Olson has been named vice president of finance and accounting for Anawim Housing. Olson most recently was director of finance and accounting at LS2group. From 2006 to 2013, she was executive director of Neighborhood Finance Corp. She serves as the board treasurer of Habitat for Humanity of Iowa, chairwoman of the Iowa State University Alumni Association audit committee, and as a loan committee member for the city of Des Moines Corporation for Economic Development. Anawim Housing was founded in 1987 to provide affordable housing and help revitalize Des Moines neighborhoods. The organization’s portfolio has expanded to include townhomes, single-family homes, duplexes, and multifamily living, with 739 units under management in 2016.
