Opponents of the Dakota Access oil pipeline say the Iowa Utilities Board needs a streamlined complaint system, including a public liaison, The Des Moines Register reported. The Iowa chapter of the Sierra Club and the Science and Environmental Health Network have filed a motion with the board. They contend there is no method for reporting violations now, but the utilities board says people can file complaints with the board or with county inspectors.
