Iowans for Tax Relief names Ingstad president
Iowans for Tax Relief has named Chris Ingstad as its president. Ingstad, who joined the nonprofit taxpayer advocacy group in 2012, has been vice president and policy director since 2015. He previously was vice president of Pearl Management Co., an investment management firm founded by the late founder of Iowans for Tax Relief, David Stanley. “Chris shares our founders’ values and vision that the growth of government spending and taxes should be limited for the benefit of all Iowans. He will continue to build ITR’s reputation as the taxpayers’ watchdog,” Iowans for Tax Relief Chairman Rob Solt said in a statement.
