KCCI’s Garman named Iowa Sportscaster of Year

KCCI 8 Sports Director Andy Garman has been named Iowa Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association. Garman currently anchors the sportscasts at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. and frequently reports live from the biggest sporting events in Iowa. In 2014, he produced and hosted numerous KCCI 8 sports specials from around the state previewing the Iowa and Iowa State football and basketball seasons.
