Shift Interactive, Slash/Web Studios merge
Shift Interactive LLC and Slash/Web Studios announced that they have finalized a plan on a merger agreement for Shift Interactive to consolidate assets with Slash/Web Studios. The merger was effective Jan. 1. The interactive companies have extensive portfolios in website and mobile application development. Both parties will retain their employees – more than 20 employees – which will allow them to combine and complement their skill sets, expertise, resources and interactive capabilities. Read more
