The light-industrial business of Action Staffing in Des Moines will now be serviced by Spartan Staffing, following the acquisition of that portion of the company by TrueBlue Inc., a blue-collar staffing company based in Tacoma, Wash. Spartan, a subsidiary of TrueBlue, will service the former Action customers from Spartan’s current branch office at 2478 E. Euclid Ave. Spartan will build on existing client relationships by providing a wider range of services for companies in the manufacturing and logistics industries, said Missy Caudill, Spartan Staffing’s regional director.
