Community Foundation receives $40,000 gift
The Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines has received a $40,000 gift from Kyle Krause, Community Foundation board chair and Kum & Go L.C. president and CEO, and his wife, Sharon Krause, through the Better Together Fund.
The foundation uses the Better Together Fund to provide funding to projects in Greater Des Moines. Recent recipients of grants provided through the fund include Blank Park Zoo, Capital Crossroads, the Des Moines Kiwanis Miracle League Field and Link Associates and Primary Health Care.
To date, the fund has received $118,000 in donations.
