Des Moines data center involved in TDS acquisition
Telephone and Data Systems Inc, the parent company of TDS Telecommunications Co., announced today it has acquired TEAM Technologies LLC.
TEAM owns and operates data centers in Des Moines, Cedar Falls and Madison, Wis., which specialize in information technology solutions.
TDS, which is based in Madison, acquired TEAM for $47 million, and will have direct oversight and management responsibility for the acquisition.
