Minnesota company buys Quality Concrete Pipe of Des Moines
Des Moines-based Quality Concrete Pipe Inc., which also operates as CSI Precast, has been acquired by Cretex Cos. Inc., a privately held owner of manufacturing companies with headquarters in Elk River, Minn., the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal reported.
Quality Concrete Pipe makes reinforced concrete pipe, box culverts, drainage and utility structures and precast retaining walls.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
