Iowa rules and regs must pass the jobs test, Branstad says
Gov. Terry Branstad will sign an executive order requiring a jobs impact statement for new government rules and regulations. “Executive Order 71 will ensure that state government’s eyes are affixed on job creation, retention and development when issuing rules and regulations,” said Branstad in a news release. The executive order will identify policies that hurt jobs before they affect job retention and development.
