Wellmark appoints new senior vice president of operations
Vicki Signor will serve as the new senior vice president of operations for Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Signor, a 33-year company veteran, will have responsibility over the claims and customer service areas. Signor has previously led teams in training, information technology, membership and enrollment, customer and provider service, and claims.
