Project Variety, an annual fund-raiser hosted by Young Variety and Variety – The Children’s Charity, will be held on April 20 from 7 to 10 p.m. at Capital Square. This year, more than 20 restaurants will participate, each donating samples of a signature appetizer. In addition, each participant will offer a signature cocktail which will be voted on by attendees. A live auction featuring travel and sports packages, local entertainment and more will be held during the event, as well as a raffle.
