The Civic Music Association will host “Chocolate, Wine & All That Jazz,” a fund-raising benefit for its Partners in Music Education program, May 3 at the Patty & Fred Turner Jazz Center on the Drake University campus. Highlights of the event include treats from Chocolaterie Stam, Chocolate Storybook, Cupcake Emporium and Cache Bake Shoppe, live music by bella soul, wine and a silent auction. The event will also feature a special concert by The Metta Quintet, the resident ensemble at JazzReach in Brooklyn, N.Y.
